“Cross Cultural Communication in an International Setting”
Fellowship Breakfast with a presentation by PATRICIA MUSOKE
Patricia Musoke currently works as a Project Management Specialist at the International Atomic Energy Agency. Before that, she spent almost 10 years in the Canadian nuclear industry, and worked with several companies including GE and AREVA. She is a proficient project manager with a depth of experience in working with large teams of various backgrounds. She has won several awards of recognition for her work as a project manager an attributes her success to her ability to break cross-cultural communication barriers.
Patricia has just returned from Uganda where she successfully launched the SHINE program aimed at motivating Ugandan girls to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM). The program was attended by 44 girls aged between 12 and 14, and it was a tremendous success.
Patricia is a member of the prestigious Aspen Global Leadership Network. She is a professional coach who enjoys unleashing her clients` potential. She is also the Founder and Coordinator of an Entrepreneur Exchange, Mentorship and Networking Group with members bases in Canada, Austria and Uganda.
Patricia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical and Environmental Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Toronto in Canada.
