Dear ESUMC members and friends,

Happy New Year! It is with a sense of hope and joyful expectation that we welcome in the new year. Together let us pray that the coming months will bring healing and renewed health to our community and the world. As we celebrate the Epiphany of Jesus, we give thanks to God for the blessings of courage and comfort that have seen us through the last year. And in a response of thanksgiving, may we offer our gifts to God and God’s people.

In accordance with the restrictions of the post-Christmas nationwide lockdown, currently there are no in-person worship services at the church.

For the next few weeks, the Sunday worship service shall be streamed online via Zoom, starting each Sunday at 11:15 as usual. The Zoom login details remain the same:

2) Every Tuesday, our Wärmestube outreach to persons in need operates from the church from 11:30 to 14:30. Volunteers are welcome to serve, and donations of ready-to-eat canned goods (Gulasch, soups, etc.) are welcome. For more information, please contact Doreen Ighama or Pastor John.
